Garden Bench

June 16, 2013

Very recently I came across a  sweet  garden bench.

And of course this  had to come home with me!

The color and patina is perfection to me!

And I might add it is pretty heavy too!

I have a plan for this sweet little garden bench but I am not sharing just yet.

For now I thought it would look pretty photographed next to my french cabinet.

Don’t you love this patina!

The color is pure perfection too!

Some pretty knock out roses from my garden. And hmmmm forgot the name of the other flowers.

Love this time of the year when I can run out to my garden and bring in fresh flowers.

Oh your little bench is so cute! Sweet and simple. I’m enjoying my garden so much right now. Lots of columbine, iris, and herbs in the house. Fun going to the farmer’s markets to see what’s new too!

Great old bench, Anne! Your roses are gorgeous, too. There’s not much blooming here yet. Everything is blooming way behind schedule this year, so it’s going to be a really short growing season for us!

That looks like a very sturdy bench! The wood is nice and chunky on it. I look forward to seeing what you plan on doing with it. Love the peeling paint it has.

You are right, the patina is perfect. The only way to get one that pretty is by age! Almost anything you put on it will be lovely!

ABOUT THIS BLOG

ABOUT THIS BLOG

Hi I'm Anne.
I started this blog many years ago to share my passion for home decor. My tastes have changed and so did I.
We recently moved to Florida and we are starting a new chapter. My main focus on this blog has shifted. With that I'll be sharing more than home decor.
You'll see makeup tips, skincare, fashion and a little bit of decor as well. You can check out my Youtube channel as well and follow me along. I'll leave all of my older posts up as a reference. But you'll see lots of changes.
