Last week I was visiting a friend from whom I purchase many chippy finds from.
She invited me over to show me a mantle I might be interested in.
And while I was there she let me into her office/studio.
My jaw dropped to the floor.
You will see why I shop Michelle’s booth so often.
This is Michelle’s studio/office.
Isn’t that pink cabinet amazing!
This was at the antique shop she sells her beautiful treasures, but some how I missed this.
But I have to agree it looks amazing just where it is.
It’s a wonderful place to store beautiful treasures and collections.
Some of them will find a new home and some are meant to stay here.
I am sure you can see a little bit of my style in this room.
Yes Michelle has amazing style and taste.
She has a wonderful eye for finding the chippy vintage and unique pieces.
A little bit of bling caught my eye.
She has a few vintage chandeliers in her space, but these look amazing here in her office/studio.
Michelle has a few amazing chippy pieces in this room.
I am not a big yellow fan but this cabinet is truly amazing,
Filled with gorgeous chippy patina.
I don’t think I could ever part with this piece.
And this desk is beautiful too, lots of amazing patina and the colors are perfection.
See that sweet pink chippy box,I have been asking, hoping Michelle will sell that piece.
No luck yet,I can see why she won’t let it go.
The color and patina is so beautiful!
As you look around the room you see lots of one of a kind chippy pieces.
They all work perfectly in this space.
This is an old sewing machine cabinet, love the sweet pink color she added.
She uses this for her fax machine.
An old chippy door missing the glass is perfect the hang little bits of inspiration.
Love that sweet statue below.
A vintage typewriter finds the perfect spot.
Walking around her room I feel like I jumped into one of the pages of Rachel Ashwells book.
Treasures are scattered everywhere, like pieces of art.
So much inspiration surrounds you.
Beautiful pink bird cage and I see an amazing frame hiding in the background.
Love that chippy scale and blue painted chair stool.
I believe she told me this cabinet belonged to her Father who was a Doctor, how cool is that!
The color is amazing and it makes a great place to store all of her paints.
This beautiful painting caught my eye.
Michelle has a gift of finding beautiful vintage treasures.
And now you know who inspires me.
