As I am preparing for my first market at my home I have been frantically getting things ready, but it has not stopped me from shopping.
I picked up this sweet vintage shabby stool just a few days ago.
I fell for the pink roses,I painted the legs sweet pea from vintage market and design paint.
The background color is sort of a lime green and the pink really pops well off of this piece!
I know crazy, getting things ready and stopping to shop and paint!
Today I am finishing setting up shop in my garage, wait until you see what I have done.
It looks nothing like a garage at all!
As I was setting up I thought adding some flowers to the space would be pretty.
I am repurposing many treasures into vases.
The flowers will come with the pieces.
Here are just a few of them.
The flowers were picked up from my local farmers market.
This is a vintage pitcher, can’t believe I am parting with it.
But I am sure I will find another just as lovely.
Why not use an old silver ice bucket.
This is a trophy bucket with a porcelain insert, makes a lovely vase don’t you think?
And this sweet petite teapot was probably for a child to play with.
This would be so pretty in a bathroom.
Well I better get back to work, lots to do.
I am in the pricing and inventory stage.
Tomorrow I will fuss with things more and hopefully share some photos of how it looks!

I have a basket which was used for my cookery class offerings at school, which is painted a very similar colour to your little table. Must be at least 57 years old! Love your ideas. Hope your sale went well.
