Excited to be partnering and decorating with Heritage Lace in my home.
I was happy with the lace curtains I had in my master bedroom and bathroom.
But when I was given pairs of new curtains for my bedroom and bathroom I could not resist to change.
Still keeping lace in this room, these curtain panels are from Heritage Lace and are called Duneagle.
They have a lovely damask design.
These curtains are cotton but have a muslin feel to them.
I love the color, texture and feel of these curtains.
Yes I know I see a few wrinkles in these but since taking the photo they are finally gone.
Although a few wrinkles don’t bother me at all.
Remember I don’t like things perfect.
And since I added these to my bedroom I decided to change a few things in my bathroom.
But I need your help, not sure which one to chose.
I added this Floret panel to my window in our bathroom.
This is the Floret panel from Heritage Lace.
Again I love lace so much because of the soft light that filters through.
I also changed the shower curtain and added this lace shower curtain from Heritage Lace,in the same design as the curtain Floret.
But then I was wondering if I should use the same color curtain in my bathroom as my bedroom.
So I hung a Duneagle damask curtain panel in my bathroom.
And added this Downton Abbey inspired shower curtain, Downton Village.
I love the ruffles, and the colors on this shower curtain.
They work beautifully with my mirror and cabinet.
It gives this bathroom more of a French European look and feel to me.
I really adore this look what do you think?

Looks like you got your answer, the striped/ruffled shower curtain it is. Definitely works in your bathroom, lending the room the effect you love. I’d love to have that shower curtain in our bathroom. Don’t use one tho, have glass shower door which I’m not overly fond of. Talked about taking shower door off but hubs put his foot down, oh rats. We have separate shower from tub.
Happy week
Anne says
Thank you JaneEllen,I actually do have glass shower door too.But like you I am not found of it.So this shower curtain was added as a layer to soften the look in here.

Love all the white and lace in your home really love the striped but is there anyway you can layer the lace over the strips or use the lace as curtains and leave the stripes?its hard to tell in the pics.Susie
Anne says
I don’t think I can layer lace over the stripes Susie because of that ruffle on the top.
