I thought I would share a little peek at a table I am picking up today.
It’s great to have friends that know you and your style.
Isn’t this chippy pink table dreamy…..<3
I love pieces with original chippy paint, because it’s so hard to duplicate this patina and color.
These were taken with my friends iphone…in her garage.
I think this will look perfect in my bedroom….sharing soon!

Thank You Ann for being a part of the give away with ONE LOVE bath & candles. I was one of the luck winners and I could not believe how fast the prizes came. It was so nice as I have never won anything. Also w/ my cancer treatment leaving my skin so dry I am looking forward to trying the lotion from ONE LOVE. Again many thanks for the prize and I really enjoy all your tips and tricks that you so graciously give us.

Hi there! I have been searching and searching for good advice from the pros! Let’s say you were going to have this pink table in your kitchen to eat on and it was NOT lead paint. How oh how would you seal it knowing you and your little kids would be eating, crafting and beating on it day after day?? My table is white and I made it very distressed and chippy and divet-ey with matte acrylic ceiling paint and also chalk paint. I was about to go and buy Varathane crystal clear satin finish water-based polyurethane which is made by Rustoleum nowadays but it’s ridiculously out of the ballpark expensive (can’t stress enough – over $90 for a gallon) and so I am left wondering what to seal up my table with, What do you pros seal your tables and things with that will be receiving daily love from children, etc? Thank You!! (ggg,pio@gmail.com).

I also have spots of crackle in it which I did using the elmer’s glue method as well so it’s a textured table. I’ve sanded it but it won’t be smooth like a smooth perfect paint job where people DON’T want the vintage look, etc. Thanks!
