Before I show you what’s new in the shop, I am going to share something a little embarrassing.
Okay, so I am always honest about things I share, including my home.
I have mentioned this time and again that my home is never perfect.
I mean really, who do you know lives in a perfectly clean and tidy home all the time.
No one!
Photos on my blog, as well as in magazine’s are staged.
That’s the truth!
Here are a few photos I am sharing of my studio.
This is called reality 🙂
This is actually clean, I mean it’s been worse…a lot worse!
That’s a new table I found.
I was thinking of painting it, but I am not sure.
It’s going to get all messy using it for projects, so I have not decided whether I will paint it or not.
Here is a photo of the same room as above, but you can see that it has been staged.
See the difference.
I wish this room looked like this all the time.
But it’s not reality.
Are you ready to see what’s new in the shop?
This gorgeous vintage quilted satin blanket has just been listed in the shop.
It’s in amazing condition for it’s age, and it’s still nice and soft.
It has that glam vintage look.
I said I would never sell this lovely rose covered quilted blanket, but it’s time to move on.
I have enjoyed blanket for many, many years.
Next up is this lovely quilted blanket.
It’s not vintage, but has that Shabby vintage look.
I have shared this before, I love using vintage sheets.
Vintage sheets, or sheets that look vintage make wonderful curtains, and tablecloths.
Isn’t this lovely!
My white ironstone collection has really grown and now it’s time to start letting go of some of my pieces.
It does have one little chip at the top, but it wouldn’t be Shabby Chic without a little chippy right?
And it’s the real deal, see the marking on the bottom.
I am sure you have seen this piece, because I recently share a tutorial on how to give a piece an aged look with tinted wax.
Vintage drawers are great to use as centerpieces.
Just add a few ball jars and fresh flowers.
Or what about using this for a craft room, an office, or bathroom for a little vintage storage.
I love using totes.
They are wonderful for storage and I love adding jars inside to hold jars filled with fresh flowers.
This tote has a lovely shade of green, with just a bit of pink peeking through.
