Soy Scented Candles Make Great Gift Ideas
Soy scented candles can create a cozy atmosphere in your home. This time of the year they can also make great gift ideas. A few months ago I shared one of my favorite candle brands which are from Chesapeake Bay Candle. They they burn clean, evenly and the fragrance is amazing! The fragrance is not over powering but they have a strong enough scent that you will smell it burning in your home. I’ve been gifted some pretty bad scented candles over the years. They usually end up in the trash because of a few reasons. One the fragrance is horrible or you can’t smell them. What’s the point of burning a scented candle if you can’t smell it. My family and I spend lots of time indoors this time of the year. I love lighting my Chesapeake Bay Candle as they always fill my home with a beautiful aroma. I’d like to share a few of my favorites for the Christmas season. Each one of these would make a perfect gift for anyone.
Balsam Fir has essential oils of cedarleaf, cedarwood, patchouli, and spearmint. I cannot tell you how much I love the scent of this candle. My home smells like I have a fresh tree but I don’t. I plan on getting cozy by our fireplace this winter and this candle will be the perfect scent for our home.
I’m also in love with the cypress & oak. It’s a perfect mix of armoise, cedarwood, eucalyptus, fir, olibanum, patchouli, rosemary, spearmint, and thyme essential oils. These two candles balsam fir and cypress & oak compliment each other perfectly and go well when burning these together in your home. I’m not kidding my home smells absolutely amazing! What a perfect gift these two candles will make for someone special.
The CEO Mei Xu of Chesapeake Bay Candle hand selected cypress & oak as her favorite gift idea this year and I can see why. My favorite essential oils are patchouli and rosemary which are a perfect blend with the other essential oils in these candles.
I also love the scent of vanilla biscotti. This has essential oils of cinnamon and davana. Although I no longer enjoy eating sweet treats I will admit I love the smell of them. I usually burn my vanilla biscotti in my kitchen and I will also use it on a tablescape. It’s very light and doesn’t smell over powering if you’re sitting at a table and eating a meal with it.
This candle will be perfect for anyone that’s not into a floral or nature scent. It smells so good that your guests will think that your baking biscotti in your oven!
Another scent that’s perfect anytime of the year especially this for this Christmas season is Cinnamon spice. This candle has essential oils of clove leaf, eucalyptus, lime and patchouli. It’s not over powering but has a perfect cinnamon scent that could go in any room. But my favorite room to burn this is in my kitchen.
I love how these candles are packaged. The tall jars have a nice wood top that looks pretty even when your not burning it and is a great way to present a candle instead of a glass top.
If you are looking for gift ideas make sure you check out the amazing selection of candles that Chesapeake Bay Candle has to offer. I plan on giving many of these candles out to my friends and family. They really are as good as I’m sharing. When it comes to scented candles I’m a snob. It needs to burn clean, evenly and it also needs to smell amazing. I’ve never been disappointed with this candles and it’s the reason why I collaborated with Chesapeake Bay Candle. I would never ever endorse a product that I didn’t love or use myself. I’ve been enjoying these candles for many years. What’s your favorite scent?
