I’ve been searching for a ladder for my kitchen. Not to display fabric on but one to place on top of my two cabinets. Finding the perfect size ladder wasn’t easy. I needed the right size and I finally found one while shopping at a garage sale.
Garage sales and thrift shops are my two favorite places to find unique and affordable pieces. I’m loving how this ladder joins my cabinets together. I decided to take the cabinet doors off to give it more of an open feel and farmhouse look.
My light fixture was originally a brass fixture with glass inserts. I found it at a thrift store for $10.00. I took all the glass off spray painted it and added a little bling.
To make the holders look like candles I added some hot glue drips and antiqued each of them.
