CHANEL CAMELIA FUTURA COLLECTION

I was so smitten when I first saw this latest Chanel beauty collection. I’ve used this a few times already and I want to share my thoughts on the new Chanel Camelia futura collection. If you want to see a full review and tutorial make sure to watch my video HERE 

CHANEL UTOPIA

This retails for $76.00 us dollars. These were created by Cecile Paravina. Each shadow is embellished with the camellia motif. It’s absolutely stunning but don’t purchase it for the camellia stamp. After a few used you will slowly see that design disappear. I found that these shadows all applied beautifully and blend perfectly as well. They also wear well all day for me.

I do have to build these up to see it and I have fair toned skin. All of the shadows show up for the exception of the lightest almost white shadow. I thought it would work as an inner corner highlighter but it’s barely visible on me.

CAMELIA FUTURA

This trio blush is gorgeous! I didn’t have anything like it in my collection and the motif is gorgeous! The blush applied like a dream on my mature skin. It wore well throughout the day as well. If you have a small enough brush you can use these separately but I swept my Chanel blush brush across the pan and applied them all together. I love how soft and beautiful it looks on my skin.

 ROUGE COCO FLASH PEACHY

I love this formula and color. It goes on smooth and it feels hydrating. However there’s very little color payoff on it’s own. I am going to wear this as a lip topper as I am in my photos.

I’m wearing it with the Charlotte Tilbury lip cheat in supersize me and the Charlotte Tilbury lipstick in sexy sienna.

LE VERNIS PIONNIERE

I really enjoy Chanel nail polishes. They seem to wear well on me. With the clothes that I wear I decided to pick up the shade Pionniere. It’s a soft coral pink that has an iridescence. It’s soft and pretty. I haven’t applied it to my nails yet but I did swatch it on my video.

FINAL THOUGHTS

My final thoughts about this collection. I am really enjoying what I have. My favorite out the collection is the rouge coco flash in peachy. It’s just a fun color to wear as a lip topper. It just levels up my lipstick. I do love the blush as well and the eyeshadow palette  is so pretty I’m growing the really like it. The futura blush is simply gorgeous! I’ll really enjoy wearing these this summer.
